Reflexology Cold and Flu points

Reflexology Cold and Flu points

The areas most effected by cold and flus, and often covid, are head and sinuses.

When you look at a reflexology map the fingers and toes are the location of sinuses, ear, nose and throat and brain (fog/headache)

The webbing between toes and fingers is the shoulders and the lymph-think congestion and that ouchy upper body ache that comes with flu.

The ball of the foot and the top of the palm next to fingers is the chest and shoulder reflexes. Put essential oils and or mentholatum and be surprised by its effectiveness.

Gently pinch the webbing in between each finger several times. You can also drag from webbing down into the palm of your hand (this stimulated lymph drainage)

Gently squeeze the fingers from the base (web) to the tip, squeeze all sides of the finger and give an extra squeeze and slight pull at each knuckle.

this also works on your toes and feels especially nice if someone else does it for you.
